What we delivered.
A full teardown and rebuild: demo of the old shed, culinary and sewer utilities, 3,900 CY of structural backfill, footings and piers, a 3,200 SF building pad, an 80' x 40' pre-fab building, rock retaining walls, asphalt prep, and site grading.
